Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) are a binding contract between the administration of Landora VPN (the “Service”, “we”, “Administration”) and an individual (the “User”) who uses our software, website, and services.

1. General provisions and acceptance

1.1. Acceptance

Using the Service, registering an Account, or tapping “Accept”/“Register” means the User fully and unconditionally agrees to this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

1.2. Legal capacity

The User confirms they have reached the age of majority or have lawful parental/guardian consent and have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

1.3. Changes

The Administration may change the Agreement unilaterally. Notice is given by publishing a new version on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Provision of services (VPN)

2.1. Subject matter

The Service provides virtual private network (VPN) services, including encryption of data and the ability to change virtual location.

2.2. License

The User receives a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Landora VPN software solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.3. Modifications

We may change server configuration, encryption protocols, and available locations without prior notice to optimize the Service.

3. Account and security

3.1. Authentication

Access to the account is via one-time passwords (OTP) sent by email. The User is responsible for keeping the email address current and accessible.

3.2. Personal use

• One Account may be active on no more than five (5) devices at the same time.
• Sharing, selling, or renting account credentials to third parties is strictly prohibited.

3.3. Responsibility

All actions in the Service under the User’s Account are deemed performed by the User. If a device is compromised, the User must end sessions immediately and contact support.

4. Billing and subscriptions

4.1. Pricing

Subscription prices are shown in the app and/or on the Site. Prices may change but that does not affect an already paid period.

4.2. Payment processors

All transactions are processed by third-party gateways. The Service does not store Users’ card data.

4.3. No refund policy

Because we deliver digital content and real-time services, paid and activated subscriptions are non-refundable except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

Technical issues on the User’s side (ISP problems, outdated device software) are not grounds for a refund.

5. Referral program and bonus wallet

5.1. Mechanics

The User earns bonuses (a percentage of referred users’ payments) credited to an internal Bonus Wallet.

5.2. Rates

25% on a referral’s first payment, 5% on subsequent renewals. The Administration may change these rates as part of marketing campaigns.

5.3. Fraud

Artificially inflating metrics is prohibited (self-referral, emulators, paid traffic schemes, spam campaigns).

5.4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are made to payment details available in the Service interface.

Timing: from 30 minutes to 72 hours. If activity is suspicious, the period may be extended up to 14 business days for an internal review.

Incorrect details: The Service is not liable if funds are sent to the wrong wallet or card due to User error.

6. Acceptable use policy (AUP)

The User must not use Landora VPN to:

• distribute malware (viruses, trojans);
• run DDoS attacks or any unauthorized network scanning;
• send spam (bulk unsolicited messages);
• access child sexual abuse material or other content violating morality and international law;
• infringe copyright (e.g. unlawful torrenting where prohibited);
• attempt unauthorized access to the Service’s systems.

7. Limitation of liability (disclaimer)

7.1. “As is”

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee 100% uptime, specific latency (ping), or a particular data transfer speed.

7.2. Force majeure

The Service is not liable for blocks by government bodies, ISPs, or backbone operators.

7.3. Liability cap

In any case, total liability to the User is limited to the amount actually paid for the current subscription period (and in no case more than the equivalent of USD 50).

8. Term and suspension

8.1. Term

The Agreement remains in force until the Account is deleted or the Agreement is terminated by the Administration.

8.2. Suspension without notice

The Administration may immediately suspend access (without refund) if the User violates:

• Section 3.2 (multi-accounting / sharing access);
• Section 6 (unlawful conduct);
• Section 5.3 (referral fraud).

9. Intellectual property

All elements of the Service (logos, code, design, text) are owned by Landora VPN. Copying, decompiling, or reverse engineering the software is prohibited and may be pursued under law.

10. Dispute resolution

10.1. Pre-litigation

Mandatory. We will respond to written claims within 30 calendar days.

10.2. Jurisdiction

Disputes are governed by the laws of the country where the Service owner is registered, unless otherwise stated.
